Skip multiple songs in shuffle mode in iTunes 7

In the previous versions of iTunes, if you had a certain album you didn't want to hear when in shuffle mode, you had to do Get Info on each separate song, and then select 'Skip in Shuffle mode.' In iTunes 7, it is finally possible to do this with multiple selections. Nothing complicated, but it saves me a lot of time.
